suffering = breathe

if you are suffering breathe

let the breath lead you upwards to your head

feel the energy you get when inhaling

if you want some more breath in deeper

and then a bit more

then let it go

and follow it

feel your chest and stomach falling

and then go even further and feel the relaxation extending to your toes and tips of your fingers

now see if you need more of the one or the other and gently try to detect more and more of those sensations

let them lead you where you want to be
